Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • Orders within the U.S. are $9 and is mailed by USPS. Delivery time is 1-2 days and for some orders 1-3.


  • A tracking number will be sent via email once order has been dispatched. Please note that orders placed after 2pm on Friday for next day guaranteed will be delivered on Monday.

  • All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday between 9am - 1pm,  and 9am - 2pm on Friday.

  • Failure to sign for the delivery would result in the package being sent back to your local post office.

  • International orders placed outside the US are sent by USPS, which is charged at $25. Delivery time is 5-7 business days.

  • Express International orders for delivery is charged at $60. Delivery time is 2-3 business days. 

  • Standard, International and Express services are tracked online and all tracking numbers will be sent via email.

 Return  Policy

  • Here at J Monae Wigs we take pride in high levels of customer satisfaction. We maintain a very high level of quality control whilst ensuring that our customers receive nothing short of the finest quality of human hair extensions and lace systems. 


  • Every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping in order to maintain the premium standard requirements of our customers.


  • Due to the nature of business, all sales are final.  Due to the nature of business, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed, however exchanges may be accepted subject to the terms and conditions below:


  • We will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 72 hours after the recorded receipt of the item.


  • We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products where the seal holding the hair together has been untied or cut off due to sanitation requirements.


  • All shipping and handling costs will be at the customer's expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made.


  • In the specific case of customized lace wigs, lace frontals and lace closures, they will not be accepted for returns or exchanged once the order has been placed.


  • In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
