How will my order be delivered to me?
Answer :
Standard shipping is 3-7 business days. SALE orders ship out in the order in which they are received. Due to the high volume of SALE orders, PLEASE ALLOW 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS ON ALL SALE ORDERS to process and ship. If a product ordered is on backorder will notify you via email.
what do I need to know?
Answer :
We use USPS (united states postal service) Priority mail 1-3 business days once package leaves JM for domestic packages and 6-10 days for international orders.
How will I know if order is placed successfully?
Answer :
We trigger an Order Confirmation mail as soon as an order is placed with us. Alternatively, you may also login to the My Account section and check the status of your order, which might take some time to get uploaded in your account.
When do I receive tracking information?
Answer :
All tracking information is emailed to the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out, you will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed. Instead, you'll receive it immediately after its been created for the item.
Can I cancel my order?
Answer :
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We Do Not have a Return or Exchange Policy unless there is a mistake on our behalf, we will make the changes to correct it immediately. NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES /NO CANCELATIONS.
What's the size of the JM full wig units?
Answer :
Our wigs are standard size fit, that fits most average size head. However, if you have a larger head than most please include that in your notes section of your order form. Not sure of your head size, be sure to follow our "How To Measure" form located on our site.
